Amazing beachfront location with spacious rooms and a small balcony. Loads of available parking. Lovely restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. Impeccably clean hotel. Impressive reception staff who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Excellent English spoken. Fantastic facilities including pools and lagoon. Gorgeous views and proximity to the sea. Free and convenient car park. Well-designed rooms with a great shower.

the beach access and ocean view were fantastic, especially after my previous stay in Anglet. Atlanthal really exceeded my expectations during this short visit. The modern and comfortable rooms, along with the proximity to the beach and nice outdoor pool, made for a truly enjoyable experience.

The restaurant menu could've been better.

The hotel is situated on a beach which is unsafe to swim off. The restaurants in the hotel are poor with awful food and non existent service. We were booked for a week but checked out after one night.

Proximity to beach

It was unusually warm, and they did not have the air conditioning units operable. When I called to the front desk to ask if they could turn them on, I was told by a gentleman that he did not speak english and therefor could not help me. We'd asked for a seaside room, and got one...but the only window in the room was small, and did not afford much relief from the heat. We had no choice but to leave it open throughout the night to try and keep things as cool as possible. This meant droves of mosquitos and, all told my wife and I ended up with over 40 bites covering our bodies. 40 reminders that we won't be staying at the Atlanthal again...ever.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and had a touch of elegance. Moreover, the hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with ramps and elevators conveniently placed throughout the premises. It was such a relief not to have to worry about stairs or steep inclines. The thoughtful design truly catered to the needs of older guests.

I would have loved if the children working there could provide more assistance and guidance specifically tailored for senior guests. A dedicated concierge service or information desk with staff who understand the unique requirements of older individuals would have greatly enhanced our vacation experience.

I always stay at this place because it has everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, luggage storage, and friendly staff. I once forgot my jewelry, and they helped me retrieve it. Perfect for business trips, with a fitness center, pool, and even a Turkish bath. No regrets.

My recent city trip to the French coast was outstanding, largely thanks to the hotel I stayed at. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach and a great selection of restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious and modern with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. What impressed me the most was the breakfast, which offered a fantastic range of dishes and drinks. I particularly enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice and the variety of cheeses.

Despite all the positives, there were a few areas where the hotel could improve. the Wi-Fi connection was a bit unreliable, which was frustrating at times.

Near beach, calm, perfect spa, good service, clean room, easy parking.

Best Thalasso in the South of France, awesome massages, huge sea water swimming pool. Beautiful spot in the French Basque Country on he Athlantic.

Breakfast is average and the main central lobby looks a bit old but our room was actually gorgeous and recently refurbished.

The hotel is quite 1980s style, not very pretty. Overall too expensive for what it is.
